How to exclude specific jira user from required approval in a workflow ?

I have created a change management project that will require approval. I understand how to set up approvals in the workflow but i need excluded specific user to by-pass the approval process workflow and I have no idea how to create or find a solution.

Any help would be appreciated!

We have a JMWE plugin for transitioning the issues based on the workflow post-function. If you don't have the plugin then I would suggest you to use automation rule.
