How to edit fields display on customer portal

Restrict customers from viewing who was added as a participant(request participant field) from the service desk project in the customer portal.

This would not be possible on Cloud env as if the field is hidden, it cannot be used.

Might be possible in Server env which would require editing the source codes.

Hi @Nabil , is there somewhere I can find out which files are used and for what?

I'll ask you another way: I need to change the source code used for the Customer Portal. Can I find out where to start, what files to look for, the source code I need, etc.?
