How to create multiple approver in the same portal

Hi JSM Community

I'd like to create service request with approval included in my customer portal with two approvers in a row. Once first approver approve the request. there will be an email notification sent to second approver. and once second approver approve the request status of the request turn from waiting for approval to waiting for support.

Hi Jedsada,

You just need to add multiple statuses to your workflow and then add Approvals to the appropriate statues.
