Hello @Nicholas Diogo ~ I believe you can do that by navigating to your service project settings, then go to Notifications > Customer notifications and select "Edit" next to the email address. From the above provided Im still not finding the place to change the name that appears on emails from jira, this can be confused with the subject line.
