How to add customized properties to a transition in a workflow?

Hi there,

How can I add customized properties to a transition in a workflow. I need to add authorization property which consists of yes or no conditions. 
If the property gets satisfied (i.e .., Yes) it should transition to next status and if the property is not satisfied (i.e ..No) it should not transition to next status.

For example ,lets assume ticket is in ToDo state while transitioning when the property gets satisfied it should transition to Inprogress state if the property is not satisfied then it should stay in ToDo state only
