I would like to filter support issues by components, but I cannot choose components (or labels) when clicking on edit columns. Does anyone know if is possible and how to add these fields?

Labels and components are not searchable in the customer portal. There are many requests to improve search in the JSM portal in the bug and featurerequest portal. You can submit or vote for a request here https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
