How do I edit the Create Linked Issue Screen to include the reporter and assignee?

HI All 

We need to link a few issues where the issue is the same but has multiple reporters.  The assignee may vary as well.

I can't seem to find the right screen to edit.

@Ross Davis -

You cannot edit the link issue screen.  All you need is to access your issue in Issue View Screen from the project UI and click on Link Issue button.

Afterward, select the issue link type and then key in the issue key(s) that you want to link it to. To create multiple links, you can just click on the "+" symbol.  You will see the symbol once you created the 1st link.
