I am attempting to remove a user from our JSD Cloud version without success.
Here's what I see:
I access the user within admin.atlassian.com, click the three dots and select Remove user.
I verified the user doesn't exist in Customers or People in all of our JSD projects.
This user is still able to login and, while it doesn't have access, can see requests.
What led up to this discovery is that I was attempting to resend the users invite and it would never come. I had hoped that removing the user completely would accomplish that.
