How could Reporter see the details of linked issue under this Issue Security Scheme?

Our requirement is to make the issues can be only seen by Administrator, Reporter and Assignee in a project, so we edited Issue Security Levels and it worked.

However, we also want to make the Reporter can see the linked issue's situation. How to make sure the Reporter of A issue can see the detailed information of B issue? We've tried the Automatic Setting but it didn't work.

There's no way to do this.  Issue security works purely off the groups, roles and dynamic roles of the current user in the context of the current issue.
