I have configured a new issue Types, but I can't make it visible when I have to set the start of the SLA. In practice it only shows me the states. How can i set the start of the SLA when 'Due Date' is passed? How should i set the Issue Type? How should i set "Due Date" field?
What version of SD are you using? That become easily possible since 3.15. Please check below documentation

i followed the first link you provided to me but when i have to set the start of the SLA, Jira can't find my "Due Date" field instead of what the guide shows. I wanted to set the start, as in the guide, based on Due Date. How can i make visible my "Due Date" to SLA config.?
