How can i clone an issue created in jira service desk to jira software? Edited

i have jira service desk and jira software running on the same server. Customers creates issue in service desk. i need these issues to be moved to jira software as issues

@Grigory Salnikov _SYSSOFT_  Thanks for the suggestion. But the solution mentioned in the above discussion didn't work for me.

I couldn't move (more > move) or create a linked issue (more >create linked issue ). Only the service desk projects were in the drop-down to select a destination project. The user has issue move permission.

I could create a link (more > link ) between an issue in service desk with an already existing issue in Jira software. But I require to create a new issue in Jira software.

Make sure the user doing the move has the right permissions in both the source and destination project. (move, create, delete, etc)

How do we generate a report of generated clone-created time and Jira service desk created time.

clone created in Jira software from Jira service desk

I've done some research and the following looks like a solution:

You'll have to use the app Clone Plus for Jira though.

Hope it helps.
