I have an Insight custom field that is supposed to hold a lot of objects. I accidentally stumbled on Jira limit which seems to be 20 by default. Is there a way to raise or remove this limit?
A hint to the limit would be very helpful, I also ran into this limit a bit late...
Agree - this needs disclosed when selecting or editing the field. Running into it during testing is unacceptable.
Currently opened a support ticket in the hopes they can raise the limit on their end, because this is completely unacceptable.
Follow-Up
Support was able to assist for my site in question and get the limit raised above 20 - YMMV. However, they still have an internal hard cap that they cannot exceed.
Additionally, the docs (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-the-insight-object-field/) should be updated soon to indicate the default 20 object cap.
Support FTW!
