How can I edit name of request type in JSM? without duplicating

Hi @shivani shirguppi go into your Project Settings, and select 'Request Types'. then click on the Work Category that it is (Service Requests, Incidents, etc).  I have Service Requests, so I'll click on Service Requests.  Then when all of my Service Requests page opens, I click on the Request type name to load that specific Service Request, then click on the name on the Request form, and change the name to what I want it to be.
