How can I disable Incident- and Changemanagement in the naviagtion of as Service-Project`?

Stark Jürgen March 3, 2025

We don't use JSM as ITSM-Tool; therefore we don't need the Incident- and Changemanagement in the navigation of Service-Projects. How can i disable these entries?

Hi and Welcome.

you need to adjust the project settings.

  1. Access Project Settings:

    • Navigate to your Service Project.
    • Click on the Project settings option in the left sidebar.
  2. Manage Features:

    • Look for a section labeled Features or Modules. This is where you can manage the functionalities available in your project.
  3. Disable Incident and Change Management:

    • Find the options for Incident Management and Change Management.
    • Toggle the settings to disable these features. This may involve unchecking boxes or switching off toggles.

This should do it.
