Hi there,

I need particular request types that I have set up, to triage into particular queue's. How can I filter my queue to ensure that only selected request types are stored in a queue?

I have tried to use the advanced JQL field but I have not been able to add this filter. My queue is currently arranged into issue types but I need it to be more streamlined.

For example I have a portal group called "system Issue" and I have set up a queue also called "System Issue". I have also set up various request types that all exist within the "system issue" portal group. I would like all these request types to enter into the "system issue" queue regardless of their issue types ( I am using a mixture of issue types). How can I make this link?

Thank you

I also would like to know the answer to this please.

I don't think the above answer would work @Pallavi Shirodkar  if all of the request types are within the same Project, and all are needing to remain enabled.  We would wish to be able to create separate queues within a Project  which are each filtered by only those Request Items sitting within each Portal Group.

I think is the same question as @Marvellous has.

Many thanks :)

Hi @Marvellous

You can Go to Project Settings--Features. There you can select the request types which you want & disable the other which are not required.
