I have a team managed project and I need each issue to be commented on when it is transitioned to done. I'm using default workflow.
Add a screen at the done transition

With team managed projects there are no Screens or any other types of Schemes.
Yes, there are no screens or any other type of schemes with team-managed projects, we can not even add a comment field.
If this is a specific comment, please add an automation rule for this.
