in order to "manually" (via groovy script) fill in the right value for JSD Request Type field (so user can see issues on customer portal also if created directly from JIRA project) is possible to get the right Request Type key starting from issue type id of just created issue?

What is Request Type, a custom field? If so that's just looking up a custom field from an issue isn't? Can you give some more context including what you've tried so far.
