Hello @SBACTL_JRFontanilla FYI, The Jira Free plan allows for 100 emails per day and Unlimited emails triggers in all major plans.In case of any error in automation or outgoing mail, Jira will trigger an email to the admins.Thanks,Kranthi

If you are asking about the emails sent by Automation, yes, it will include those because they are generated by a rule being executed.
