Does anyone know if it possible to use the embeddable widget and only open it up to our organization

I noticed that the embeddable widget for Jira Service Desk asks that you make all requests public or the portal public. We are interested in using the widget internally and cannot open our knowledge base up publicly, nor risk others accessing the portal that is not in our organization. 

 

Is this still possible?
