Love to use this at home too, I use it at work all day.  I can see me assigning tickets to my kids to do their homework, cut the lawn, all that stuff.  They can learn how to use these tools early.  

Will this be available and if so when?

Dear @Travis Collopy ,

great, that you are addicted to Atlassian tools! You can use this at home, too. You have two options for a Family Jira Service Desk or just Jira:

a) fetch a starter license for 10 $ and install it on a server of your choice.

b) pay for 3 agents (parents) on Cloud with "infinite" kids (customers) $ 10 / month.
