Hi support team,
this is my last resort trying to receive an answer from you. I have been in touch with Atlassian since Febuary 20th and have not received an answer from you since mid-march, despite reaching out to you multiple times and even filing a complaint last week.

After logging in, the two customers just see a flicker of the servicedesk home page and are then displayed a blank page.
We have been loyal atlassian customers for years and own several licenses for different products. That is why we are thoroughly disappointed on how you are handling the issue.
We have tried all your previous suggestions without succes.
Please let us know how to precede further.
