When I (as an agent) response and make a comment to a customer. Customer will receive email notification. But they will receive it in separate email every time I make a comment. How to setup my jira so that my comment will be in one email loop from customer side ?

I can't find ' Batching Notification' under 'System'. I'm not sure if this function available for JSD Cloud.

Ah, ok - this seems to be a server only feature - sorry, you didn't tag this question as CLOUD.
Then you have to wait for this feature until Cloud can do, too!
