Team...just now jumping into the deep in of the pool with the new "forms" feature in JSM. So many template to choose from but I don't see a template for "request type" generation.. anyone create a form for this yet?
Hi @Rob - When you say "request type" generation, are you referring to replacing the portal request form? If so, this is not the intent of enhanced forms. They are instead expected to serve as a compliment to the request form. For example, say you want to add the ability to hide/display fields based upon what the customer selects.
