When creating a JSM project with the Rest API, a field configuration scheme is created with the name "Jira Service Management Field Configuration Scheme for Project <project key>". It seems that if a field configuration scheme with that name already exists, the API request will fail with status code 500 and a duplicate field configuration scheme will be created (even though in the UI I can't create two field configuration schemes with the same name)
It seems that it only happens in field configuration scheme. In other schemes in the project it handles this scenario well.
I am using the REST API to migrate and sync projects between cloud instances, so this state is pretty common in that flow.
