Hello,
i want to create an object automatically from a jira form . for example for HR process i would like to create the user Object automatically from jira from view with all the inbound reference and all

You're going to want to create an Automation rule that creates the Insight Object when triggered by the creation of the Jira Issue from the Request Type.

Use the Create Object action.  This will allow you to fill the attributes from fields you capture on the Request Type/form as illustrated below.
