We are trying to assign Approvers to our JSM Support project workflow configuration, but we are not able to set "Get approvers from field" The only option available is 'Internal Participants' however this is not what we want, as approvers will be external customers approving our proposals to them for work to be completed. We were previously advised by Atlassian Support that in order for Approvers custom field to appear in the drop down list that the context needs to be removed for the custom field. We’ve checked and there is no context attached to the Approvers custom field. Please see screenshots.
Does anyone have any idea how to get this working?
