Comment Template selection page jumps in Citrix - Windows environment
Hi there,
since we updated to LTS version Jira Management 5.12.5 we have problems with template comments when running inside a Citrix environment - any browser. When selecting new template entry in dropdown box, the page jumps, making it almost impossible to it proper template entry.
To avoid this, we have to scroll down completely, before opening the template dropdown. After that, the issue is gone.
When performing same action in same browser version without citrix in a native Windows environment, anything's just fine.
Does somebody had the same issue and can provide a hint, how to solve this? We think, it has been introduced with latest update, ass comment section got pinned to page footer now. Somehow, citrix does not like that :-(
