Capturing keywords from customer queries and getting tickets raised

Hi,

Is it possible to capture some keywords from customer raised queries that they describe in description box and the same is used to raise a request and categorize it based on these keywords.

You could try use Jira Automation and search within the description for keywords. If that request contain that specific keyword, then you can create a new request based on that and edit the request's fields.
