Is there any updates on this?  it would definitely be a useful feature.

Hello @gaynor.dolman,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Regarding the feature request for the Automation in Service Desk, there is no update.

If you are using Project Automation (former Automation for Jira), it's possible to share the same rule between projects.

If there is anything we can help with, please let us know.

Hi @Angélica Luz , have rules for this changed since this comment?

I'm not seeing the option to select scope, but I don't see any posts about permissions/rules changing around that specific function.

Hello @Ben Golder,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The scope of the Automation rule can be changed on the global administration and only a Jira administrator can access that.

In this case, if you need to use the same automation on another project, you need to ask your Jira administrator to go to the Cog icon > System > Automation rules.

If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please let us know.

Kind regards,
Angélica
