Can´t change username for same user

Hello,

We can't change the username of some user. We are on JIRA Cloud.
For exemple i need to do some change on the username and i can't, i'm login on jira cloud as site jira administrator.


Can you please provide me a soltition ?

Ever since the move to SAML login authentication you can not edit the Full name or user name. It can only be changed by the user by logging into id.atlassian.com.
