Can an user be invited if it never logged yet?

As Service Desk Administrator, I want to invite an user.

  1. I select "Invite Team",
  2. I type username 
  3. I select the user on list
  4. I push Invite
  5. And JIRA responds "Unable to get user"

This user never logged yet.

Check the user management screen to see if the username exists. If so see if the “resend” button to the right is displayed. If so click-it.
