Recently we linked a field in the service desk but it only works on newly created issues.
Scenario:
In the service desk, we have an "App Version" field linked to a "Version Identified" column. All our tickets created before we linked the field have the information in it but we only see it on the issues created after linking the field.
We tried to edit existing issues and see if that would make a difference but it did not.
Is it possible to populate the Version Identified field from existing (older) issues? I would think that something like Indexing could do this but unfortunately, the Indexing is not available in JIRA Cloud.
Hope someone knows the way to get this information.
