Can I mention customers who are not the reporter or an active participant in a ticket ?

We use organisations to organise our customers for each project. I would like to be able to mention any customer in that organisation once the oraganisation is added to the ticket in the people section. 

 

I find that I can only mention someone if they are the reporter of a ticket or if they have been added by "Request participants:" but even in this case they have to comment in the ticket before I mention them. 

 

If anyone has any tips or have come across the same issue I would love to hear from you.

Hi Seronvalle,

In that article they didn't say anything specifically in @ mentioning the Customers (who doesn't have a license as well as not a assignee or reporter).
