Hi,

There is a knoweledge base article titled How to customize customer portal URL in JIRA Service Desk Server that may be of use.

One thing to note is that this solution applies to the Server version of JIRA Service Desk 3.0+ and will not work in older versions and is not available in JIRA Cloud.
