Hi Maciej,

Are you getting an error?

If you're not getting an error verify that you have Browser permissions for that project as the issue could be that you're just not seeing it but it's getting created.

If you're not getting an error in the UI check the JIRA_INSTALL/logs/catalina.out log and the JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log to see if you can get more information as to what is going on.

If you do get an error in the UI such as a Communications breakdown error try a different browser or put your browser in Private Browsing/Incognito mode and see if the issue still occurs.
