I created an automation to delete duplicate issues but issues generated in JSM from Opsgenie alert that are duplicated are not auto-deleting. Agent has to manually delete this duplicates. What can be done?

Thank you for your reply but the thread did not address my concern. The automation does work for other issues in the project except issues generated from opsgenie alert. I have attached a screenshot of the automation rules. All duplicate issues should be transitioned to Done and resolution set to Duplicate.
