Automation rule once approved and field is satisfied then assign due date not working

Edited

Hello All,

I created a rule for when an issue is created AND approved AND a custom field = xyz THEN assign due date {{now.plusBusinessDays(5)}}.

This current configuration is not working. Any ideas?

NOTE: The approval is in JQL bc I could not find another way to input this condition

Figured it out and just overcomplicated my rule. Instead of "when: issue created", there's an option for "when: approval completed". Then just removed the approval jql snip

Hello @Trevor Overstreet

What information is provided in the Audit Log when the rule runs?

Hey Trudy! Please see attached. There are two different audits bc I tried two different variations of the rule but seems to be the same issue for both so I assume it's the JQL condition
