Hello,
We are having an issue were the parent tickets are not closing once child ticket is closed.
An Automation rule is showing errors, checking to see if you can provide an explanation for the error message. This automation rule is used by multiple projects.

Can you share the Branch Rule that is configured in this automation?
From the error there are 2 points to check:
1. Branch rule doesn't find any thing related to trigger issue
2. Jql in one of the conditions that you've decided

I'm not sure why your automation is not working, as we would need some more details.
However , using AI, JSM built the following rule, which looks to do the work.
If an issue is transitioned, then branch on For Parent
If there is a Parent, then run the JQL to see if all teh Children are done, and if so then transition the parent to Done.
