Automation request type not working multiple language

Hello,

I have setup Jira bilangual (Dutch and English). When I use automation to assignee a ticket to a specific agent based on the Request type I have noticed that translation is an issue.

Customer uses dutch portal and I have setup the automation in English thus not working and visa versa.

I have no translated the Dutch back to Englisch and now it is working, but that is not how it should work. Any idea on how to solve?

Kind regards,

Pascal

I reported a bug to Atlassian

Hello, I had the same problem, but I found a nice workaround.
I think, you are using the "Issue fields condition". and there is the bug. But If you use the "JQL condition" ("Request Type" = "IT Hardware") It will be fine. I hope it works for you as well.
