I'm running into a problem where my issues get assigned, then re-assigned because of a check I have at the end of my automation that looks to see if the issue is un-assigned still. Its almost like the assignee field doesn't update soon enough for the later check in the automation to work.
Any suggestions?
I cant remove the check because if the issue gets submitted via the portal then it doesn't hit the first assignment
Hi @Alex Otto - You may want to add a re-fetch before the check at the end. If this doesn't work, please share a screenshot of the rule and audit log.
