Auto Delete Customer Accounts

We have a JSD project where customers can create their own accounts, but after a certain period of time we need to delete the customer account.  What is the best way to automate this?

When using Jira Service Desk Server, currently, there is no API to delete customers. With that said, it will not be possible to automate this.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

•  Remove a customer using the JIRA REST API
