Approver access to End User -Service Desk

Hi,

For now, only Jira admins can add approvers when creating a ticket. How can we expand this feature to end users so when they are submitting a request, they can input their VP for approval?

Nasir, 

There are a few steps you need to take. This documentation has a pretty good guide of what to do, but I'l briefly summarize how to accomplish it here. 

1) Make sure approvals are turned on for a particular workflow/status. I assume that you've been able to accomplish this? 

2) Add a user picker to the request form to allow users to select their approver

3) Make sure permissions are turned on so that users can share the request with "Any customer or organization, by searching in this project"
