Hello everybody,

we want to work with the new forms in a way, that we later, after we understand the problem, ask for more details in a additional form. Now the customers gets a mail and fills out the added form. Our biggest customer uses the ServiceDesk API to submit all his tickets.

Now when dont see an option to answer this newly added form via ServiceDesk API. Are we missing something?
