Allow users in organization to trigger issue transition on the portal

Hello!

We have a customer portal active, and there are some transitions visible to the customers as well. For example: Freeze, Accept or reject resolution. Now those transitions are only visible to the reporter. A condition is set to the transition is: "only reporter".

How can we configure the system to let other customers to see the transition as well? The most wanted version is to allow all other customers are added to the organization.

I tried "User Is In Project Role" and "User Is In Custom field" with Request participants set, but no luck.

Hi @Robert , 

you can show a transition on the customer portal by checking the box in the workflow. 
This alone would handle your requirement. 

Could you explain why you need the "Only reporter" condition as well?

Hi @Tessa Tuteleers 

I want this transition to be hidden from the agents, and only visible for customers. This is why I have the "Only reporter" condition. So when I set the condition to "hide from user", then it hides from customers as well.

So basically I need a transition from status A to status B, where customers (organization saherd ones as well) can trigger it, but agents not.
