Our users use Jira Service Desk to report incidents. We also want them to be able to do this anonymously so my question is how do I remove the below field from the portal.

It will still show on the history but if you want it cleared, just create an automation that removes the reporter.

Sadly, this field cannot be deleted from the Jira as it was hard coded. There isn't a way for the users to anonymize themselves in order to raise the requests.
