Adding a link to JSM Cloud toolbar

I want to add a link at the top of the customer portal. As you can see in the screenshot below. Does anyone know if this is possible in any way?

@Nick Dring you would need to have the app refined to make the addition.  It is not currently available in the delivered application.

Hi Brant, yeah I have a Refined license already as we were using it on our self hosted JSM but when I migrated I decided not to use it as the standard Atlassian JSM UI is pretty decent. 

I don't want to change the URL now.

There is the Devinti Extension plugin that allows you do this on JSM Server and DC but it's not a feature on the cloud version, yet.
