Add standard variables inside Customer Notification

Hi, i need to add standard field values inside the Customer Notification (for request category), but do not work:

"${request.priority}"

"${request.timeToResolution}"

"${request.duedate}"

 

I try also with issue:

"${issue.priority}"

"${issue.timeToResolution}"

"${issue.duedate}"
