I want my own template to be implemented for customers e.g. When i add a customer account, a mail which goes to customer's email id with Username and password, that email i want to customize in our own format.
Is it possible, if yes what are the steps.

What I would recommend is turning off the automated email on account creation altogether and setting up a pre-defined template that you will manually send out through your email client with all the information you'd like.
I am not aware of a way to do this natively in JIRA. All of the automation tools that I use currently do not have a call for account creation either, all options are for issue and project triggers.
