Hi,
I created projects in Jira and created 5 users to be able to log tickets on this project account. Now i want one of the users to be able to view all the tickets logged in the project and not only the tickets that he created.
I tried giving him administrator role as well but still he is not able to view.
Hi Jatin,
Is this a Company-managed JSM project? Or Team-managed? Did you check the Permission Scheme for each project to see has the Browse Project permission?
I assume you mean you made him a Jira Administrator. That is not what he would need to see the projects. He would need to be a project administrator on each project more than likely - but again that depends on what the Permission Scheme has.
