About Raise Request of Service Desk

Hi Team,

When i try use the Search system of Custom Service Desk the system only return 4 values and no more. Can i configure to show me more? Look this image below: 

Have any documentation explaining how do works this search system?

Hi Jonas,

I found a Suggestion to raise the limit of search results returned by Service Desk that you can find at JSDSERVER-4263.  For Cloud you can find the Suggestion ticket at JSDCLOUD-4263.  Please vote on both issues and add your use case to the comments for impact.
